Though Nancy Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nancy Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Beulah (Jackson); and her sisters, Helen Morris and Beulah Lee Cobb. She is survived by: her children, William Cobb (Irene), Morris L. Mitchell, Donald Mitchell, Helen Chaffin, Jeanetta Ellis, Shirley A. Jefferson and Sylvia McClain (Winford). She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
