He was predeceased by: his grandfather Dale (Heitland). He is survived by: his parents, Brian Meredith and Kayla Meredith (Heitland); his siblings, Ben, Luke Meredith and Carlie Meredith (Nate); his grandparents, Carol Heitland, Bob and Jone Meredith; his aunts, Michelle Patten (Al) and Kendra Amundson (Eric); and his cousins, Tyler Patten (Kari), Clayton, Kali, Brandon Patten (Jadee), Halle Patten, Derek Amundson (Shyenne), Knox, Ozzie, Halie Munson (Bryce), Wyatt, Weslynn and Alayna.
The first 10% of the donations will go to the First United Methodist Church for ministry in Nates name. With the remaining memorial fund, we want to make sure we can cover any medical and death expenses and then we would love to setup a nonprofit fund of some kind that will help people in our community.
