She was predeceased by: her father James Hannan; her in-laws, Joseph and Katherine Distefano; her aunts and uncles, Mary, Sam Salvaggio, Benny and Katie Vazzano; and her siblings-in-law, John, Florence Distefano, Rose, Sal Cuccia, Sylvia Simone and Karen Distefano.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Distefano; her mother Mary Hannan; her sisters, Janet (Phil Schneider) and Mary Ellen (Keith Fugate); and her brother-in-law Nick Distefano. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Mark's Catholic Church (3736 S Lee's Summit Rd, Independence, MO 64055). A rosary will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (7601 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64138).
