She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Mary Lucille Shoptaugh (Whitworth); and her brothers, James Shoptaugh and Robert Shoptaugh. She is survived by: her former husband Robert W. Ayles; her husband Helmut Zajac; her children, Richard Ayles (Vanessa) of Kansas City, Missouri and Kimberly Ayles of Riverside, Missouri; her grandchildren, Anthony, Dominic, Michael, Samantha, Stevie, Corey, Brandyn and Sebastian; and her sister Mary Wunderlick (Danny) of Festus, Missouri.. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
