He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Garcia and Maria Garcia; his siblings, Joseph, Tony Garcia, Jennie Avila, Rita Wysong and Irene Garcia; his grandson Christopher Garcia; and his great grandchild Abby Hanway.
He is survived by: his wife Carmen; his children, Rosanna Caldwell (David), Christine Russell (Dennis), Sylvia Langhammer, Phillip Garcia (June), Anthony Garcia (Linda), Monica Brown (Darwin), Carmela Seward (Steve), Ramona Furlong (Tim), Beatrice Menke (Tim), Rebecca Garcia and Joseph Garcia (Kristi); and his sister Rosemary Medina (Robert). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
