Though Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phyllis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Parker and Vinette Dorothy Godfrey Parker. She is survived by: her children, Edward T. Parker, Jr. of Southaven, Mississippi, Samantha Sutch (Ryan) of Thomasville, Georgia and Cheyanne Parker of Kansas City, Missouri.; her stepmother Dessi Parker of Dallas, Texas; her brothers, Dr. Johnny Parker (Bonnie) of Chicago, Illinois, Kevin V. Parker and Edward T. Parker Sr.; her stepsister Demitrius Lee of Dallas, Texas; and her friends, Barbara Graham and Teretha Moore Estell (Terrie). She is also survived by three grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
