He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Smith and Dorothy Dolan. He is survived by: his siblings, Rick Smith and Sharon Wells; his children, Randall Smith II (Yvonne), Bill Sandidge (Amber), Shane Smith, Natalie Smith, Audrey Smith, Claire Smith and Julia Smith; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Sandidge and Mackenzie Smith.
