He was predeceased by: his father Duane Deines; his grandparents, Louis, Hilda Deines, Dale and Maxine Phillips; and his sister Crystal Johnson.
He is survived by: his mother Janice Johnson; and his siblings, Roger Deines, Marty Deines, Keisha Johnson and Sheleena Johnson (Rex).
