He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Chase and Gladys Chase; his wife Gail; and his daughter Kimberly Gillard (Mark). He is survived by: his son Richard, Jr. (Lesley Hause); his grandchildren, Kristina Chase, Jessica Summers (Richard) and Andy Gillard (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Josh Summers, Logan and Cooper Gillard; and his siblings, Shirley McBee and David Chase. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
