Kocher (Diane) of Hannibal, MO, Ann L. Brown (Bill) of Jefferson City and Jane M. Mick (Jerry) of Bangor, ME..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. James Catholic Church (3909 Harrison St, Kansas City, MO 64110). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:45 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In memory of Ric, family members and friends will attend the Walk to End Alzheimer's on the morning of Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Union Station in Kansas City. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Scouting America - Heart of America Council (https://www.hoac-bsa.org.), Alzheimer's Association – Heart of America Chapter, (http://www.alz.org.); and Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care, (https://kchospice.org.) He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur Gale and RoseMary Alice (McKinney) Kocher; and two siblings William "Bill" Arthur Kocher and Alice Marie (Kocher) Wilbers DeBroeck.
