He was predeceased by: his parent Lewy Virgil "Junior"; his brother Allen DeWayne Hall; and his stepson Daniel Timmons. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Hall, Jr. (Whelchel) of Richmond; his wife Diana C. Foland of Kansas City; his children, Adam Hall (Amy) of Richmond, Anita Hall of Richmond, Katrina Manning (Mike) of Odessa and Stacy Smith (Travis) of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Paige Richey (Nathan), Caleb Hall, Kane Robert, Keyshaun Elliott, Ethan Hall, Rylie Timmons, Lily Smith, Landon Smith, Paxton Hall and McKinley Manning; his great grandchildren, Makenzie Richey, Caiden Richey, Brexton Hall, Violet Hall, Elijah Hall, Grace Robert and Kane Robert, Jr.; his sister Janet Hall of Richmond; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Strider (Steve) of Platte City, Coleen Pearson (Mark) of Richmond and Duane Foland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Lung Association.
