He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee "Bill" Rowan and Lillie Mae Rodgers Rowan; and his half-brother William "Billy Bones" Rowan. He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Dianne Rowan. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
