He is survived by: his mother Judy Lane; his siblings, Tracy Griggs (Steve), Randy Ham (Beth) of Lawrence, KS and Russ Ham (Cindy); and his children, Michael, Ronnie, Jared and Lindsay. He is also survived by stepchildren, three Aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd Unrestricted Endowment Fund.
