He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Jenkins and Bonnie Jenkins (Spalding); his siblings, Joyce Jenkins, Gaynelle Moore (Jenkins), Duane Jenkins and James Jenkins; and his son Garland Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Jean Jenkins (Welch); his children, Ronald J. Jenkins and Loraine Jenkins; and his grandsons, Steven Goebel and Tyler Austin. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
