She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Adams and Charles Adams; her husband Gary Clark; her son Steven Clark; and her grandson Dillon Clark.
She is survived by: her son David Clark (Rhonda); her daughter-in-law Leslie Clark; her grandchildren, Anthony Clark (Christina), Amanda Andersen (Max), Nicole Vaden (Drew) and Gary Clark (Allie); and her granddaughter-in-law Vanessa Clark. She is also survived by her sons as well as her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
