He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Kay Cozad (Davis); his sons, Dr. Scott Cozad (Shavonne) and Kanon Cozad (Rachael); his stepchildren, Jeff Emery (Paula), Kelly Emery (Mark) and Shelly Sawatzky; his grandson Skye Danner Cozad; his stepgrandchildren, Brittney Mihalich, Alex Emery, Lauren Sawatzky, Halle Blanchon, Stephen Sawatzky, Austin Blanchon and Kyle Sawatzky; and his stepgreat-grandsons, Matthew Mihalich and Brendan Mihalich.
