Jim Wood wrote a sympathy message

“I met Sandi in February of 1978 on both of our first day with the Marshall PD. She was funny & outgoing and we were immediate friends. As I got to know her I found her to also be tough & smart. Oh, how she loved her kids, whom I also got to know & care for. Bless all of her loved ones. Sandi will be greatly missed.”
