He was predeceased by: his father David Zander; his wife Tonya; and his brother Jason McPherson. He is survived by: his mother Earlene McPherson (Plummer); his children, Nick Etheridge, Taylor Zander and Justin Zander; and his stepfather James "Mike" McPherson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
