With sadness, we share the passing of Stanley Gene Brooke (Kansas City, Missouri). Stanley, born on December 10, 1941, passed away on September 23, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman H. Brooke and Bertha May Brooke; his siblings, Beatrice, Marjorie, Clara, Cleta, Norman and Ora; his son Steven; and his former wife Sharon Sue Brooke (Curd).
He is survived by: his sisters, Vera Peregrine of Saint Joseph and Carol Combs of Pennsylvania; and his sons, Phillip Brooke of Madison, Bryan Brooke of Bates City and Mark Brooke of Saint Joseph, Missouri. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Terrace Park Funeral Home (801 NW 108th St, Kansas City, MO 64155). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
