He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa, Becky and Haley (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Omar, Julian, Hayden, Caleb, Libby, Emma and Autumn; his great grandchildren, Penelope, Ezra and Alayah; and his siblings, Mike Clark (Robin), Janet Martinez, Diane Crugar, Jerry Clark (Rosemary), Gary Clark, Mary Ann Pyle (Alan), Amy Downey (Shane) and Sarah Koontz (Philip). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and cousins.
