She is survived by: her husband Roland Everette Balthazor; her children, Lisa Webb (Steve), Suzette Vogel (Jim), Philip Balthazor (Shelly) and John Paul Balthazor; and her grandchildren, Zachary, Nathan, Ava, Hayden, Isabella, Conrad, Cael, Quentin, Adaline and Roland II.
