He was predeceased by: his wife Celia Ann Talbert; and his son Steven Joseph Talbert. He is survived by: his children, Michael Talbert, Carolyn Talbert and Dianna Laird. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Heartland Cremation & Burial Society (6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64133). A burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Floral Hills Cemetery.
