He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Michener; his daughter Julie Gochenour; his son-in-law Tim Gochenour; his grandchildren, Jessica Johnson, Jacob Gochenour, Brandon Johnson, Drake Johnson and Daiya Johnson; and his sister Nancy Miller.
