He is survived by: his mother Jesse Mae Horne; his sisters, Sandra Jean Horne and Wanda Lee Brown; his sister-in-law Vivian Horne of Tulsa, OK.; his daughter Jessica Yvonne Horne; his grandchildren, Jelani Micah and Rylee Jaliece; his wife Deborah E. Horne; his grandchildren, Jelani Horne-Martin and Rylee Horne-Martin; his siblings, Deborah Stringfield (Art), Donna Ratliff of Tulsa, OK., Lorenzo Horne of Tulsa, OK and Albert Horne (Jacque) of Burleson, TX.; his daughters, Vickie Smith and Bernice Cozart; his aunt Wanda J. Brown; and his goddaughters, Daina and Danielle Nelson. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, special cousins, many other relatives.
