He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael O'Flaherty and Barbara O'Flaherty. He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph, Elizabeth and Michael; his wife Anne Hinchey; his children, Kate Chase (Alex), Jack O'Flaherty (Annie), Cecilia O'Flaherty (Lily) and Luke O'Flaherty (Clara); and his grandchildren, Luna Chase, Oliver Chase, Martie O'Flaherty, Cronan O'Flaherty and Rylan O'Flaherty.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that those who wish make a memorial donation to scholarship funds established in honor of Vince at Rockhurst High School and St. Teresa's Academy.
