He is survived by: his wife Diane Marie Ray of Kansas City, MO; his father Roger Ellison Ruggles of Alamo, TX; his siblings, Kevin Dwayne Ruggles of Fayette, MO, David Leroy Ruggles of Alamo, TX and Joyce Lynn Ruggles of Washington, IL; his stepchildren, Steven Ray of Kansas City, MO, Sean Ray of Kansas City, MO and Amber Morton of Artisa, NM; and his stepgrandchildren, Kyle Ray of Kansas City, MO, Andrew Ray of Kansas City, MO, Kayla Dollard of St. Joseph, MO, Katie Morton, Erika Morton and Missy Willyard. He is also survived by 12 step great grandchildren.
