He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Howard and Mary Howard. He is survived by: his wife Susan Arlene Howard (Hover); his son Matthew William Howard; and his siblings, John Howard, Connie Gross (Howard), Tim Howard and CeCe McGuiness (Howard). He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
