She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Marian (Crum) and Samuel Teel Fishback; and her brothers, Mark Fishback of Kearney, MO and Grant Fishback of St. Joseph, MO.. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Eugene Ballew (Gene) of Canute; her daughter Stephanie; her son-in-law Mickey Massey of Rockledge, FL; her son John Ballew; her daughter-in-law Sarah LaBarr of Kansas City, MO; her grandsons, Kyle Burdick of Wichita, KS and Matthew Burdick of Oshkosh, WI; and her great grandchild Tanner Burdick of Wichita, KS..
