She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Adams and Margaret C. Conerton; her stepfather Charles Smith; her husband Virgil S. Scott, Jr.; and her granddaughters, Lulu Abigale Dooley and Savannah June Dooley.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Dooley (Michael) of Overland Park, KS and Jeffrey Scott (Aimee) of Kansas City, MO; her grandsons, Gordon Dooley and Elliot Scott; her siblings, Paul Smith (Marianne) of James, J. J. and Mary Pat Smith; and her goddaughter Amanda Christensen (McCurry). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Walt Disney Hometown Museum or Make-A-Wish Foundation in Connie's memory.
