She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Fortner and Juanita Fortner (Byram); her husband Lee W. Foltz; and her brothers, Stanley, Sammy and Clifford Fortner.
She is survived by: her children, David Foltz (Stacy) of Camden, Rodney Foltz (Allie) of Kearney, Missouri and Dana Foltz of Dawn, Missouri; and her brothers, Ricky, Roger, Danny, Julian, Glenn and Billy Fortner. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lindley Funeral Home - Chillicothe (910 Washington St, Chillicothe, MO 64601).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the organization of the donor's choice and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
