He is survived by: his wife Anita Duncan (Cave); his son David Eric; his daughter-in-law Carrie Duncan; his grandchildren, Benjamin Donald Duncan, Catherine Elizabeth Duncan and William David Duncan; his brother Dale Edward; and his sister-in-law Kathy Duncan.
