She was predeceased by: her parents, Braxton Emmet Durham and Lydia ViAnne Durham Tackett; her son Larry Nichols; and her grandson Craig Nichols. She is survived by: her husband Darrell D. Peters of Kearney; her sons, Rodger Nichols of Liberty and Rickey Nichols of Texas; her brother Willie Durham of Pleasant Valley; her nieces, Darlene Mustion and Diane Simons of Kearney; and her stepchildren, Linda West (Bob) of Arkansas, Marlena of Illinois and Darrel D. Peters Jr. of California. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
