He is survived by: his wife Michelle Campbell; his daughters, Chloe and Alaina Campbell; his parents, Melody Lutterbie (Vincent) and David Campbell; his siblings, Kasey Dial (AJ), Lindsay Lutterbie, Adam Campbell and Miles Lutterbie; and his nieces and nephews, Gavin, Mea Campbell, Kade Dial, Noah Mauldin and Isabelle Duncan.
