It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Allison Kirkland of Kearney, Missouri, born in Emporia, Kansas, who passed away on March 8, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Ruth Kirkland and Charles Webster; his adoptive father John Kirkland; and his grandmother Margaret Edith Lehman. He is survived by: his wife Carla Kirkland; his daughter Leslie; his son-in-law Larry Stewart; his daughter Kathy; his son-in-law Mark Johnston; his children, Bryan Kirkland and Cynthia; his son-in-law Angelo Patane; and his stepchildren, Jay (Marianne Reynolds), Schila (Gary Frazier) and Rhyan (Michelle Reynolds). He is also survived by two grandchildren and several step-grandchildren.
