He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Fleming and LaVone "Mimi" Fleming; and his siblings, Betty Cotten, Fran Stansbury and Jack Fleming.
He is survived by: his wife Patty; his sons, Christopher and Stephen Fleming; his brother Dr. Larry; and his sister-in-law Sharon Fleming. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and one great-great niece.
