She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Wayne (Melanie) of Paola and Charles Lynn (Ria) of Lead, SD; her husband Robert Lavern "Bob" Smith; her son Steven (Kathy) of Basehor; her grandchildren, Mallory (Casey) of Olathe, Timothy (Amy) of Berthoud, CO, Eric, Austin of Olathe and Dennis of Liberty, MO; and her great grandchildren, Cali, Tyler, Silas and Asa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
