He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Smyers and Elaine Smyers (Sorensen); and his sisters, Jean Bradshaw and Sally Burgess. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Nave (Thad), Stephanie Youngblood (Lucas), John Smyers (Chelsie) and Montica Minard; his grandchildren, Seth, Owen, Olive, Atticus and Audrey; his siblings, Mike Smyers, Nancy Whisler and Susan Hebauf; and his daughter Donna Smyers. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
