He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Yvonne Cole; his siblings, Frankie Flexter (Thomas) of Independence, MO, Charlie Clevenger (Carol Sue Crouch) of Houston, TX and Michael Clevenger (Debbie) of Urich, MO.; his daughters, Corinne Nichole, Jennifer Opal and Sarah Megan; and his stepdaughters, Corina Martinez of Baytown, TX and Billie Jo Savage of Washington.
