He is survived by: his wife Julie A. Voss; his children, Jarred Voss, Michael Devin Voss, Russell Voss, Jr., J. D. Lundy and McKayla Voss; his siblings, Diana Rè (Joe), Letha Voss, Vickie Hollingsworth, Michael L. Voss and Ronald Voss, Sr.; and his grandchildren, Austin, Harlow, Lennox and Declan Voss. He is also survived by many extended family and close friends.
