She was predeceased by: her parents, James Root and Alcy Root; her husband Donald Ackley; her sister Barbara Pratt; her great grandchild Zaylie Alder; and her son-in-law Stephen Roush.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Roush (Stephen Roush), Lorrie Lara (Henry Lara), Twyla Boguske (Michael Boguske), Kay Caylor (William Caylor) and Donald Scott Ackley; and her granddaughter Alicia.
