He is survived by: his parents, Bryan Michael Freed and Kayce Ann Landewee-Freed; his grandparents, Gerald, Jana Landewee, Mark and Brenda Freed; his great-grandparents, Edward, Rita Landewee, John and Judy Reilly; his uncles, Derek Landewee (Lindsey), Justin Landewee (Peyton), Tyler Landewee and Charles Mark Freed (Mamie); and his cousins, Hunter and Paisley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family members, and friends.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Kenny Rogers Children's Center in honor of Hank Freed.
