It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Carter of Kennett, Missouri, born in Bragg City, Missouri, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlie Norman and Eunice Norman (McGee); her husband Houston Carter; and her siblings, Clarence Norman, Billy Norman, Mary Skaggs and Bonnie Sue Norman.
She is survived by : her children, Michael Wayne Meadows (Brenda) of Tyler, Ronald Meadows (Joyce) of Farmington, Steven Houston Carter (Dee) of Kennett and Julia Dodge Brown (Frank) of Freeport. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren, Other relatives.
