He is survived by : his daughter Courtney Rhew (Andy) of Kennett, Missouri; his grandson Harrison Rhew of Kennett; his brother-in-law Robert Meyer; his nephews, Clay and Kevin Meyer; and his sister Cherry L. Meyer.
