He is survived by: his mother Gayla Smotherman (Faron) of Kennett, MO.; his children, Tyler Lewis (Leah Jo), Cherokee Lewis, Cassidy, Caylee Lewis, Hayden Lewis and Peyton Lewis (Desirae); his brother Josh Crawford of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Greyson, Addelynn, Ledger, Riley, Montana and Annelynn.
