He is survived by : his children, Shannon Wayne Hartwick of Bentonville, Teresa Kinder (Terry) of Kennett and Mona Shepard of Kennett; his grandsons, Michael Ward and Brody Shepard; his great grandchildren, Joslin and Micaela Ward; and his siblings, Richard Crouch of Kennett, Mike Crouch (Cheryl) of Jackson and Carol Keys (Frank) of Campbell.
