She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Killian and Elizalee Amick Killian; and her husband Johnny Wayne Nelson. She is survived by: her children, John Nelson (Emily) of Kennett, MO. and Laura Carter of Kennett; her siblings, Darrell of Sikeston, MO. and Brenda of Kennett, Three; and her grandchildren, Dillon Swindle (Dustye), Tyler Swindle (Brianna) and Adelynn Nelson (Zach Smith).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McDaniel Funeral Home (115 South Bypass, Kennett, MO 63857). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McDaniel Chapel (115 South Bypass, Kennett, MO 63857). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the Gregory Cemetery (20844 County Road, Kennett, MO 63857).
