She was predeceased by : her parents, Luther Bradshaw and Edith Bradshaw (Dye); her husband Walter George; and her siblings, Vernell Scott Bradshaw, Alfred Glen Bradshaw, Luther Dale Bradshaw, Joe Wayne Bradshaw, Shelvagene Bradshaw Miller, Jannie Sue Bradshaw Barker and Glenda Kay "Katie" Bradshaw Pounders.

She is survived by : her daughter Tamara Ann Smith (Tim) of Kennett; her grandchildren, Bo Smith and Gunner Smith; and her brothers, Charles David Bradshaw, James Phyllip Bradshaw (Nina) and Luther Stephen Bradshaw (Shirley).

Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
