He is survived by: his sons, David Smallmon of Kennett, MO and Jeff Smallmon (Tracy) of Fairfield Bay, AR.; his brother Paul Smallmon of Niles, MI.; his grandchildren, Shannon Pillow, Skylar White, Jeff Smallmon, Jr. of April Yates, C. J and Joseph Staggs; and his great grandchildren, Autumn Pillow, William Smallmon, Chloe White, Sebastian White, Tobey White and Annabelle Pillow.
