He is survived by: his mother Rosie Bolton Hartwell (Flora Page); his son Jacob Van Lee Hartwell (Kenna); his siblings, Max Delan Hartwell (Debbie) and Tina Hartwell Privett; his granddaughter Shelby Hartwell Crowder (Matthew); his great grandchild Shepherd Jacob Crowder; his stepsons-in-law, Anthony Page (Kristie) and Aaron Page (Jeanie Yount); and his grandchildren, Brooklynn, Myla, Kasein, Brantley, Logan, Hailey, Chloe, Alexis, Gage, Elijah, Ezekiel and Jasmine.
