He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Wilburn and Francis Baker Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Wilburn of Kennett; his daughter Alisia Wilburn of Pine Bluff; his brother Joe Wilburn of Colorado Springs; his half-brother Ricky Kelly of Pettle; his siblings-in-law, Gary "Goob" Oldham of Kennett and Beth Goodwin of Kennett; and his sibling's children, Seth Oldham of Kennett, Tara Wilburn of Colorado Springs and Jacqueline Walker (Brian) of Colorado Springs.

The family request memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
